Welcome to Ecopremium Network. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our services, including Digital Marketing, Business Development, Business Management, and Travel & Tour offerings.
By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully.
1. Overview
Ecopremium Network is a registered business offering the following services:

Digital Marketing: Social media management, paid ads, content creation, branding.

Business Development: Strategic planning, startup support, project management.

Business Management: Operations consulting, financial structuring, systems support and fleet management.

Travel and Tour: Local and international travel arrangements, tour planning, ticketing and Bookings.
2. Eligibility
To use our services, you must be:

At least 18 years of age;

Capable of entering into legally binding contracts;

Providing accurate and truthful information during onboarding or service engagement.
3. Client Responsibilities
As a client of Ecopremium Network, you agree to:

Provide accurate business or travel information necessary for service delivery.

Make timely payments for services as agreed upon.

Cooperate with our team and provide necessary approvals or feedback.

Do not engage in illegal or unethical use of our services.
4. Service Terms
4.1 Digital Marketing
Clients agree that campaign performance may vary and that no guaranteed results (e.g., sales, follower count) are promised unless explicitly stated in a signed agreement.
4.2 Business Development & Management
All business strategies and advice are based on best practices and available data. Implementation success depends on client commitment, industry conditions, and market response.
4.3 Travel & Tour
All travel services are subject to availability, third-party policies (airlines, hotels, embassies), and international regulations. We do not deal with visa applications.
5. Payments & Refunds

Service fees are communicated clearly in proposals or invoices.

Full or partial upfront payment may be required before service commences.

Refunds are only applicable in cases of service failure caused by Ecopremium Network, and not due to client negligence or refusal by a third party.

No refund is issued once a campaign, strategy, or travel booking has commenced, unless stated otherwise.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, strategies, designs, and materials developed by Ecopremium Network remain our intellectual property unless otherwise transferred via written agreement.
7. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of all sensitive business or personal data shared during service provision.
8. Termination
Ecopremium Network reserves the right to suspend or terminate services if:

A client breaches these Terms;

A client engages in illegal or harmful conduct;

Payment terms are violated or refused.
Either party may terminate an engagement with written notice under the terms of the signed agreement.
9. Limitation of Liability
Ecopremium Network shall not be held liable for:

Any loss or damage due to third-party actions (e.g., platform bans, Booking rejections).

Missed business opportunities or delays caused by the client's inaction or misinformation.

Force majeure events such as natural disasters, pandemics, or political restrictions.
10. Amendments
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after such updates constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana, and any disputes shall be resolved in its courts.
